Okay article, and thanks. However, it seemed less about Amtrak than a walk down Brit memory lane. Southern California conjuring images of England? Gimme a break. Somebody is seriously homesick, and might wanna consider a quick trip back to Merry Olde England for a reality check.

IIRC, Sunset magazine originated as a Southern Pacific publication to promote rail travel and tourism.

I think the big picture of the train on CNN's travel main page is great free publicity
