Edit: I forgot to ask, are the lower coach seats better for sleeping than upper ones?

The lower level seats have less traffic - no pass thru since the only pass thru between cars is on the upper level - and has a door between this section and the outside door/luggage rack area. It normally is for people who have difficulties climbing the stairs. Otherwise, it is the same as the upper level.
