According to alerts received from WMATA and MARC, suspicious package was found on board CL. Amtrak was delayed almost 4 hours. Service was suspended on part of WMATA Red line, and MARC trains were held at various points with no busses available for transportation, because of lack of availability.

Courtesy of WRC, the NBC affiliate in Washington, DC:

Authorities have given the "all clear" to reopen the Rockville Metro and Amtrak stations, but not before hundreds of rush-hour commuters were stranded and delayed for hours.
Montgomery County Fire and Rescue spokesman Pete Piringer said that several suspicious packages that were not accompanying a passenger have been cleared by the bomb squad and the owner was identified.
Complete story here. The Amtrak train in question was identified by the AP as the Capitol Limited, which would make it #29(14).
