Short Amtrak Train sitting in Downers Grove,IL

Well Folks,

I got a call the this afternoon from someone I know and they told me Amtrak 62, and 2 Cars (1 Superliner Trans Sleeper 39015 and 1 Amfleet Cafe I think it was 43363) were in Downers Grove, IL sitting in our Industrial Siding. SO I decided to go check it out and when I got there much to my surprise it was running but in Idle mode. Could it be for an evacuation Drill possibly? I will post Photos later.

According to that picture's caption looks like disaster training.

Yes it was Disaster Training when I rode by this morning there were a bunch of Cars/Fire Trucks there and training how to break a Superliner Window.

I saw that train sitting in Union station about 11 a.m., and then saw it at Downers Grove from #5 as I rode past. Thanks for the answers to my questions.
