Sightseer Lounge missing

I have seen reports that the sightseer lounge has been missing on the California Zephyr. Does this happen often? What replaces it for cafe service and viewing?
We're on the #5 westbound on Dec 28 and certainly hope there's on on our train.

Well I can’t predict the future, looking forward to Dec 28th, but I can say that there was a SSL on the # 5 Zephyr departing Chicago today! Hope that you have one on your journey!
