Small voucher use

I find myself with a $16 remaining voucher. I don't see any way to use it in combination with cash. Is there anyway to use it at all? Asking to avoid a call to Amtrak and get an ambivalent answer after a long wait.

I would think you could, I know you can use it with a CC online. I use my voucher first then pay the difference with my card.

Oh good!I'll try that. The app doesn't seem to give that option and I've fallen into the habit of using it exclusively.

PS: i just bought a Fri ticket on the Crescent nyp-cvs $30!!! Some Fridays the ner171 (runs ~80 minutes earlier) is close to $200 (flexible only) and rarely less than$110. Did i happen to snag some kind of 2-day special sale by accident?
