Superliner LD trains

Now that I have the current consists for the single-level long-distance trains, it's time for the Superliner trains. I've seen both the Cali Zephyr and SW Chief within the past week, but I can't for the life of me remember what their consists were. What are the consists for the following trains? (And which cars are Superliner I and which are II, at least on a semi-regular basis?)
