The Coast Starlight Drumheads?

I have not seen the drumheads on Coast Starlight for 2 years. Does anyone know what happened it?

Here's a photo of the drumheads in case you have not seen it before.

My guess is that they are sitting in a pile somewhere. It probably just got to much of a hassle to switch them around.

I think the last time I spotted one was on a Superliner coach that was open for tours at National Train Day L.A. (Union Station) a couple years ago.

I never saw those. Were they actually produced by Amtrak, or were they perhaps supplied by some railway society for Amtrak to use?

Did any other Amtrak trains get them?

Yes, it was by Amtrak and it started with the Coast Starlight re-lunch in 2008.
