Track work on 449 in Pittsfield

We have booked a room on 449, the Lake Shore Limited, from Pittsfield MA to Chicago. What is the effect of the CSX work going on in Pittsfield on Amtrak's arrangements. Are we bussed to Albany or will we be able to take our Antrak room at Pittsfield and keep it all the way to Chicago??? It would have been slightly cheaper to book a coach to Albany then a room from there to Chicago, but we figured a room all the way would be less fuss. If we are bussed, is a rebate possible?
