Transportation Certificate Credit Note

I received a transportation certificate credit for compensation.

I want to take the Auto Train in February. Amtrak said book the trip and come within 3 days with the credit note.

I live in Canada and we have no Amtrak stations that have ticket sales. The only 1 is in Union Station in Toronto and I do not live near enough to make it worth my while to go there.

Any suggestions how I can use this credit I have.

Contact Amtrak again, and explain the situation and they can give you an address (I believe in Philadelphia, PA) where you can mail the certificate and they can mail you the tickets!

Call Amtrak and when you get someone on the phone, ask for Customer Service. Once you've been transferred to the Customer Service office, explain your issue and that person can set things up so that you can mail the voucher to Amtrak to have it credited against the reservation. Mail the voucher via a service that gives you a way to track the letter.
