Trip and Car Question

We are traveling from Austin to Greenville S.C. in the fall for our first train trip. We booked the Superliner Roomette from San Antonio to New Orleans on the Sunset Limited. We are in Room 004 in Car 230. Is that on the upper or lower level? Will that be an OK location within the car or should I request a change? Thanks, Bill

Room 4 is on the upper level, two rooms back from the stairs. You should be okay in that room.
