Also Chicago to St Louis regionals.

If you mean original UP prior to 1980s mergers; none. (Except where UP has trackage rights, like Portland to Seattle on the BNSF.)

And the few miles of trackage rights UP has on BNSF tracks from near the east city limits of Spokane to a spot known as UP Junction, about 10 or so miles SW of Spokane.

Sunset from Houston to L.A.

Coast Starlight from LA. to Portland

Pacific Surfliners L.A. to San Luis Obispo

California Zephyr Denver to Emeryville

Capital Corridor San Jose to Auburn

Texas Eagle Chicago to San Antonio (although I guess part of the route in Texas is on BNSF)

Lincoln Service trains St. Louis to Chicago.

Missouri River Runners St.Louis to Kansas City

Cascades Eugene to Portland

Actually the Sunset Limited turns over to BNSF-owned trackage at Iowa Junction, near Lake Charles. However, both railroads have shared trackage rights over the other so it can technically be considered part of the UP all the way to New Orleans.

The Texas Eagle operates on BNSF trackage from Temple to Fort Worth.
