Which Amtrak routes run on UP tracks? Just curious.

Actually the Sunset Limited turns over to BNSF-owned trackage at Iowa Junction, near Lake Charles. However, both railroads have shared trackage rights over the other so it can technically be considered part of the UP all the way to New Orleans.

The Texas Eagle operates on BNSF trackage from Temple to Fort Worth.

If you include trackage rights, UP has trackage rights on the SWC in Cajon Pass also.

Shared trackage rights from Klamath Falls OR to Chemult. The UP line goes over Cascade Summit to Eugene. The BNSF goes through Bend and the Deschutes Canyon to the Columbia River near Biggs.
