WiFi on Silver Star

Sorry for all the newbie questions. How reliable is WiFi on the Silver Star 91 between Columbia SC and Ft Lauderdale. I know it won’t be 100% but didn’t know if I should download movies or will WiFi allow streaming ?

Amtrak WiFi typically blocks streaming on all routes because the train is connected via 4G/LTE.
