I rode from DC to Baltimore in Acela first class. I was denied a meal because they said my journey was too short.
Then I read in other Amtrak forums that people frequently get served a first class meal from Washington to Baltimore.

What is the official Amtrak rule on this? Was I incorrectly denied a meal? Or was is more like a YMMV thing depnding
on the attendants?
