The end of coupon sharing?

I just received my AGR packet for 2010, and the free upgrade/companion coupons have my name and AGR number on them. I gather Amtrak tired of us swapping and sharing coupons. Well, I enjoyed it while it lasted

This sucks for all of us out in the boonies who have no chance at making status except for spending a boatload of money. Usually if there is more than one person going on a trip it is more cost effective to drive, but buying the vouchers off ebay made things work out so we could justify taking the train.
