Two Sleepers on 51

Saw a video on you tube of 51 with two sleepers on it. Any idea why two?? Normally he runs with one. Let's hear your thought's.

The 1st might be headed to beach grove, I didn't see anyone inside.

I would assume it is deadheading. But, I've been wrong before (I think it was sometime in September of 1973). :giggle:

Keep in mind if it were deadheading to IND it would be on the rear. As they attach two extra coaches at IND.

That's a fact! The_Traveler is never wrong! I've never seen The_Traveler say something wrong. The_Traveler knows his facts!

Getting slightly off-topic, but when did that stop? I took the Cardinal IND-CHI last summer and two Horizons waiting at the station in Indianapolis.

They stop adding the coaches in the winter. They usually will show back up around spring break time. After spring break you'll usually just see them on the weekends until summer when they're added all the time. At the end of last summer a third amfleet coach was also being added. With high gas prices you might see that again.
