Did I miss the discussion on the fact that business class in the Northeast zone now costs more than coach for one zone? The online system will automatically pick the higher NE Zone award for you when traveling in that zone. An agent may be able to redeem a one-zone biz award for travel within the NE.

Something tells me that one-zone business class won't stay at 6500 points for long.

Amusing observation: It costs fewer points now to go from BOS-SAV using the Twilight Shoreliner and the Palmetto than it costs to go from BOS-WAS just on the Shoreliner.
