I signed up and received the credit card which I applied for after seeing the ad in my AGR account. It says I will get 8000 amtrak points and 8000 chase points. Anyone know what are "chase" points? Will those show up in AGR or my chase online account? Sounds too good to be true, 16,000 AGR...

I emailed Amtrak through their site and they said: The Illinois 10 Ride Ticket, is VALID ONLY FOR the Passenger who signs the ticket. It is NON-TRANSFERABLE. Anyone know if you still get AGR points for each trip?

Once a ticket has been issued, what are my options for changing the dates or cancelling it entirely? From what I read, I would have to return them for a refund then book a new reservation from scratch? Is there any fee for that?
